コードが世間で未確定で DPCがらみなら、当然点数も考慮かと思います。

Langerhans cell sarcomaは ICD-O-3(?!)では M9756/3　　[1]

ICD-9-CM Diagnosis では 202.9に追加されたようです。　[2]
